Water chillers
Water chillers can be used to keep the water cool in storage tanks. The temperature in the tank can be reduced up to your requirement by simply setting the thermostat. Specially designed temperature control provided in the system will ensure a steady preset water temperature (as per the setting on thermostat) round the clock. Available various models from 1 ton up to 50 ton for domestic (over head tanks, swimming pools fish pond etc.), as well as for industrial process cooling.
A water chiller is a Domestic Water refrigeration apparatus that produces cold water to cool domestic process equipment. A water chiller is a complete system filled with refrigeration equipment, including a condenser, refrigerant, pipes, coolant expansion reservoir, pumps, and so on. These are equipped with advanced Silica induced filter dryer system to eliminate the moisture content in the system. This will give long life for the condensing unit. High efficiency condensers offer you reliable performance.
SALIENT FEATURES:-
- Stainless steel jacket heat-
exchanger to prevent corrosion. - The water temperature in the tank at 45C can be reduced to 7C by simply setting the thermostat. (Recommended water temperature for household use should be between 26C to 30C.)
- Specially designed temperature control provided in the system will ensure a steady preset water temperature +/-
2C (as per the setting on the thermostat) round the clock. - Equipped with advanced Silica induced filter drier system to eliminate the moisture content in the system. This will give long life for the condensing unit. High efficiency condensers offer you reliable performance even in high ambient temperature.
- Condenser fan motor furnished with inherent overload protection and “Class F” insulation for trouble free operation.
- Baked enamel finish mounting frame in 2” MS square tube for a solid foundation.
- Fitted with suction and liquid service valves to make the system service friendly.
- Hermetic compressor gives guaranteed performance.
- Additional safety protection like L.P, H.P, 3PH monitor (optional) and anti-
